Should 'Bad Girls Club' be rebooted?

It has been over a year since "Bad Girls Club" left the air but fans aren't ready to let the show go. The reality show on Oxygen followed seven young women from all walks of life as they live in a mansion together for weeks. The women typically end up arguing and physically fighting with each other until one of them is sent home for being too violent. The network has been silent on when, or if, the show will return, but fans have come together in hopes of getting the show back on the air. Others say good riddance to a show that promotes violence. Should "Bad Girls Club" be rebooted?

There are a couple of petitions online requesting the "Bad Girls Club" return. Fans have also been vocal on social media and confused about why, after 17 seasons, the show would end with no announcement. The reality series created iconic moments in pop culture and previous cast members, such as the Clermont Twins, have gone on to have lucrative careers.

Online petitions are also requesting the show's cancellation. Critics say the show places women in a negative light and glorifies bad behavior. In 2016, two of the cast members filed a lawsuit against cast members of the show and its producers after a prank turned violent. The petition says the show began with good intentions but quickly took a turn. According to Change.org:

when the bad girls club first aired, the purpose of the show was to take in several proclaimed bad girls so they can make a change for the better.however since season 2 this show has gone to hell in a hand basket. the show since then has done nothing but glorify and glamorize bullying and trashy behavior that poisoning the minds of young girls.
