FX dropped the trailer for season eight of "American Horror Story" titled "Apocalypse," and it's creepy good! The new season will be a crossover between season one's "Murder House" and season three's "Coven." "Murder House" focused on a family who moved into a deadly haunted house in Los Angeles, and "Coven" focused on young women who were sent to or recruited into a boarding school in New Orleans for witches. The show returns on Sept. 12, 2018. Which season is your favorite?

"Murder House" season one was where it all started. Check out the synopsis of "Murder House," per Rotten Tomatoes, to jog your memory.

The first season of Ryan Murphy's "American Horror Story" begins as Ben (Dylan McDermott), Vivien (Connie Britton), and their daughter Violet (Taissa Farmiga) move into a restored mansion in Los Angeles after Ben's extramarital affair leaves the Harmon family in serious need of a fresh start. Their neighbour, Constance Langdon (a role which would eventually win Jessica Lange the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress), wastes no time in becoming a persistent, albeit not entirely welcome presence in their lives, as does her son, Tate (Evan Peters), who Ben believes is a sociopath. Shortly after moving in, the Harmons discover that several violent murders were committed in their new home, which locals have nicknamed "The Murder House", and a series of increasingly disturbing events indicate they may be sharing their home with the restless and violent spirits of those killed.

"Murder House" holds a fresh rating of 73 percent on Rotten Tomatoes. Vote #TeamMurderHouse if you find it to be the spookiest season.

The third season of this horror anthology series is set primarily at a secret school for witches in New Orleans. After an absence in Season 2, Taissa Farmiga returns to the show as Zoe Benson, a young woman who unexpectedly discovers that she possesses a dangerous supernatural ability. She's sent to the special Louisiana school -- which is run by Headmistress Cordelia Foxx (Sarah Paulson) where she embarks on spell-filled adventures with fellow witches Madison Montgomery (Emma Roberts), Nan (Jamie Brewer) and Queenie (Gabourey Sidibe). Jessica Lange is also back as Fiona Goode, a powerful witch chasing eternal life, while Evan Peters plays frat boy Kyle Spencer in his return. Other familiar faces include Denis O'Hare and Lily Rabe, while newcomers Kathy Bates and Angela Bassett bring fresh excitement to the talented cast.

"Coven" holds a fresh rating of 83 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.  Vote #TeamCoven because how could you not love all those badass witches?
