Vacation days are a scarce commodity. You can either tough it out all year and go big on that trip you've always wanted to go on—or you can maintain your sanity and take smaller breaks throughout the year. Pooling your vacation days means you can peace out from work for a solid period of time and actually get away from it all. Then again, taking a bunch of small trips might be the more sustainable thing to do long term. Who doesn't love three day weekends? What do you think? 🏖
Would you rather save your vacation days for the summer or use them throughout the year?
