Best coffee chain: Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts?

Between Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts, the two java conglomerates own over half the coffee market in the United States. Starbucks has become synonymous with coffee for many Americans, with its Unicorn Frappuccinos and custom lattes. But a lot of folks would take Dunkin' Donuts over Starbucks any day. The chain is less pretentious and more importantly, it has donuts. What do you think? 🍩

Fans of Dunkin' Donuts don't need fancy unicorn-colored Frappucinos, pseudo-Italian coffee drinks or all the extra pretension that comes with Starbucks. They're here for coffee and donuts—and the very good breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. Dunkin' Donuts is mainly an East Coast thing, so if you're on the West Coast, you're probably missing out.

But some folks are absolutely addicted to Starbucks. Knock the Frappucinos all you want, but that doesn't stop them from being delicious and absolutely addictive. No matter where you go, Starbucks will be there to make your cold brew and soy, non-fat triple shot latte. And they'll get it right each and every time. (But maybe mess up your name.)
