Summers are expensive. There are festivals, trips, weddings—just going out to enjoy the summer, while it lasts, adds up really quickly. But that doesn't necessarily mean winter is any cheaper. While some of us may hibernate our way through the cold, others are actually willing to go outside between the months of December to February.
