Minnesota is staring down a measles outbreak after the anti-vaccination movement convinced the local Somali-American population the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine causes autism. Public health experts say vaccines should be mandatory because they're unequivocally safe and a majority of the population must be vaccinated in order to protect against outbreaks of diseases. Anti-vaccination proponents say parents should be able to choose what's best for their child. What do you think?
