Everyone has their "thing." That food, television show, or scented candle that never fails to revitalize and restore. The act of indulging in these moments is increasingly referred to as "self-care." But when some self-care strategies include things like "going to a farmer's market" or to a yoga class, many wonder if there is merit to the phenomenon, or if it is simply a demonstration of privilege.
