Is cilantro disgusting? | The Tylt
It's harder to find a more polarizing food than cilantro. Cilantro fans sing its praises and wish they could eat every meal with a heaping handful. If your food doesn't go well with cilantro, it's simply not worth eating. Others think cilantro tastes like soap, and find the herb bitter and unappealing. And to be fair, it's not their fault—they're just wired that way. Still, maybe chefs should avoid an herb an entire segment of the population can't enjoy. What do you think?
