Do you do your own laundry or pay to have it done?
Okay, guys, doing laundry isn’t that bad. How long does it take in the grand scheme of things? An hour? Two at most? Putting the time aside to consistently do it every week allows for you to not only save money, but also to take care of your clothes the way you’d like to. It’s more of a matter of getting into the habit of doing laundry regularly.
Doing your own laundry can also be a great way to sit back and get some down time. As you wait to for your clothes to get squeaky clean, feel free to grab a book, do a puzzle, or even just hang out in silence with an acquaintance you haven’t seen in a while. Just do your thing, yo.
We live in a world where subscription is king. Some geniuses (not us, unfortunately) found a way to create services on apps that let other people do chores for you on the cheap. Laundry is one such chore we’re no longer beholden to. You’re a fool if you do it yourself.
If it’s the money you’re worried about, well, when you think about it, does it really add up to be all that much? Or, you know, more than the new clothes you buy to make up for the fact you didn’t do laundry? Yeah. That’s what we thought.
