Are 'Crying Jordan' memes still funny or played out? | The Tylt
By now, everyone has seen Michael Jordan weep ... or at least a meme of it. "Crying Jordan" face just keeps on giving. And just about every major athlete, and even some public figures and other celebrities have fallen victim to it. Like literally ... when you fail on any capacity ... then you might be next! Jordan's crying face has been put in place of just about everyone's head, and many social users still find it funny.
But are 'Crying Jordan' memes actually still funny or are they played out?
Just take the NBA finals. For Game 6 along, there were so many memes poking fun at the Warriors and even Steph Curry's wife Ayesha. Like jeez, when will people have enough with this meme?! Whenever someone fails there's a Crying Jordan meme of them to remind us all. Every. Single. Time!
According to Google Trends, the memes started spring 2015, but nowadays, some feel — like with a lot of things Internet — the fun has been sucked out of it.
What do you think: #CryingJordanFunny or #CryingJordanPlayed?
